This booklet is the current annual policy booklet which contains Paws Day LLC's terms and conditions of Service (the 'Terms of Service') These terms of service are entered into between you (the client/dog owner/pup parent/ dog parent/you/your) and Paws Day LLC ('PD' or 'Paws Day' or Paws Day LLC' or 'we' or 'us'). Signing up for service with Paws Day LLC/ requesting servicing with Paws Day LLC means that you have read this booklet and understand everything mentioned in the booklet and agree to abide by our policies and protocol in the booklet.

Paws Day LLC reserves the right to update our policy throughout the year and will give all clients a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to a change taking effect, access to any updates along with the effective date for any policy updates. These updates can be found on the 'Current Year Policy Updates'  page and will take the place of any old protocols and procedures in the Paws Day LLC booklet that they are in reference to. The updates on the 'Current Year Policy Updates' page will officially be added to the annually released policy booklet every December 15th however please notate the effective date next to all updates on the 'Current Year Policy Updates' page so you can know when we will begin to implement these updates. You agree to abide by the protocol, policies, reminders, and rules in the Paws Day Booklet and any updates on our 'Current Year Policy Updates'  page which can be found here.
